Fee & Pricing
- $4.99 connection fee. A single, one-time fee for one introduction.
- Charged to the handyman only. The customer is always free and is never charged.
- Charged at the contact reveal — only when you click "Unlock" for a specific job. Browsing is free.
- Payee: GCExperts LLC, processed by Stripe. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe.
- Non-refundable except a proven no-show or a delivery failure, each decided by a person. See the Terms of Service, section 6.
No background checks. We do not verify any handyman's license, insurance, identity, or criminal background. By unlocking, you confirm you hold the licenses and insurance the law requires for this trade.
