No background checks. We do not verify, screen, or check anyone. We do not check licenses, insurance, or criminal background. By listing, you attest that you hold any license and insurance the law requires for your trade — but that attestation is not verification by us.
Creating a listing does not create an employment or agency relationship with GCExperts LLC, and does not make GCExperts LLC your contractor, employer, partner, or agent. You keep your own insurance, licensing, and pricing, you set your own hours, and you contract with the customer directly. See the Terms of Service and the Ratings & Reviews Policy.
